When talking about personal transformation we have to take into account that we are all different and have unique desires + ideas. That is the main reason why I will try to provide here a scheme about a general personal transformation - my own.
First of all, when talking about transformation we have to make a clear plan of the destination and steps on how to get there. It all starts from where we want to go and then trace back to the present moment. That being said, let's get cracking!
For a positive transformation you have to think about going inside - out. More precise, first transform your thoughts and emotions, then transform your world. How do we do that? you ask. Well, glad you asked. The first step is to get control of your life by eating healthy, resting, drinking lots of water, meditating and reading to improve the brain. Last but not least, don't forget to exercise regularly. But, more on this in a later article. For now, try to focus on just those and implement them in your life step by step and one by one - no need to hurry and no over-night transformation. Remember, all good things take time!
